When you have sinned, you cannot do the work you should do because you can’t see it. Both sin and righteousness surely come with costs and rewards*. Cast off the burden of sin by repenting.

(*Translation note: Sins will ‘cost’ you and righteousness will ‘reward’ you.’)

  • Luke 5:32 “I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.”

You have to know what sin is. Then you will know about ‘sin.’ Even if you know what sin is, you have to realize. Then you will know that you have sinned. Even though you have sinned, when a long time passes, you can’t recall it. As a result, you are unable to confess and repent in detail. That is why you must first – earnestly ask to be forgiven of ‘the sins you have committed until now.’ Then the Holy Spirit will inspire you so that you will recall [your sins]. You should confess about your sins and unrighteousness at that moment.

When you sin, due to the sin, you can neither realize the work you should do nor take action on it. That is why those who have sinned are unable to do the work they should do. From the time you sin until the time you repent of that sin, you are unable to see the work that pertains to it. Whatever sin it may be, each person has to receive forgiveness by confessing it and repenting of it. Only then will they see the work they should do.

Young grains are hard to see when [the field] is overgrown with weeds, right? You can see the grain only if you eliminate the weeds completely. In the same way, you can see the work that you have to do only if you eliminate the weeds of sin and its filth completely by repenting.

Just as there is the authority of righteousness, there is the authority of sin. As much as you do righteous deeds, ‘the authority of righteousness’ will follow you and you will gain the strength and power to do righteous deeds. As much as you commit sins, ‘the authority of sin’ will follow you, the sin will bind you up, and you will fall victim to sin. When you sin, your thoughts and body are ‘affected by the sin’ and thus, you will sin even more. When you repent of your sin, you will no longer be ‘affected by sin’ but be ‘affected by righteousness. ’Just as weeds keep the grain from growing properly, ‘sin’ keeps both your body and spirit from growing properly. You have to repent of your sins, receive ‘the strength and power of righteousness’ by doing righteous deeds and do the work you should do. Then your body and spirit will shine beautifully, grow, and transform into righteous form.

Sin becomes a burden as much as you commit it. Therefore, when you are carrying the burden of sin, you cannot run because it is heavy. Additionally, until you repent, you cannot travel on ‘the narrow path of life’ because the burden of sin gets in the way. When you’re carrying the burden of sin, you have to travel the broad path of death. The path of life is a path that is barely wide enough for one person to travel on. Therefore, only a person who has repented and thus is carrying no burden can travel on that path. If you repent, you will cast off the burden of sin, enter ‘the path of life’ and travel on it.

When you sin, Satan holds firmly to your burden of sin and drags you away to the side of death. Your soul and spirit get dragged off lifelessly due to ‘the sin.’ When you go to the world of death, Satan will chain your soul and spirit to the chains of death. You will be freed and come out of there only if you repent, someone repents for you by praying for you, or the Lord forgives you and leads you out of there. When you repent of your sin, you will just come out of death with no need to fight against Satan. Let’s say that you did something wrong against your brother. At that moment, you will fight or argue with your brother.

If, at that moment, you acknowledge that you’ve done wrong and beg for forgiveness, there is no need to fight with or argue with your brother, right? If you insist you have done no wrong even though you have done wrong, the wrong you’ve done will make others accuse you and argue against you. The same thing happens when you have sinned.  If you repent right away, there is nothing more to fight with Satan spiritually. Therefore, when you sin, rather than putting it off, you have to wash it away by immediately repenting like you would immediately wash filthy things from your body.

There are people who leave and go to ‘the world where there is sin’ because they’ve sinned.  Then they will end up living in ‘the world of sin’ considering sin to be daily life. You must get out of the domain of sin by repenting as soon as you can. That is the only ‘way to live.’ If you repent, you will immediately get out of death, cast off the burden of sin and come out to the path of life, and you will do the work you should do with a light body, heart, and spirit.  Now I will tell you further about ‘sin’ in a different way. When a person’s ‘brain’ is excited,  even the nerve cells in his body get excited along with his heart and thoughts and thus, he will become immersed in it and take drastic actions that pertain to that. When you get excited about something good and become immersed in it, you will even do ‘good and righteous deeds that you normally could not do before.’ However, if you get excited about unrighteous things, things that are not good, you will end up doing even ‘unrighteous things you normally could not do before.’

They live suffering for 20, 30, 40 years, or even a lifetime because of something they did in an instant because they were stirred up due to anger and rage. If anger boils over and you become furious in an instant, your ‘ability to discern’ decreases in an instant and you will be unable to judge right from wrong. You end up doing various unrighteous deeds at that moment. However, you will pay the price for those sins both physically and spiritually tens of thousands of times or millions of times more than the amount of time you spent doing the unrighteous deed. Your body pays for the sin on ‘the earth.’ Your soul and spirit also pay for the sin in ‘the spiritual world.’ You must not get stirred up over unrighteousness and thus, take action being unable to control yourself. You have to be stirred up by righteousness and take action according to ‘the Lord’s will and thoughts.’

Even though you took ‘righteous’ action for an instant, in some cases you are rewarded with millions of times more than the time you spent taking action and in your spirit, you benefit from it forever. As a result of your righteous deeds you receive ‘millions of times more reward for your righteousness; as a result of your unrighteous deeds you ‘pay millions of times more for your unrighteousness.’ You should not get stirred up with unrighteousness and anger but live stirred up with righteousness following God, and if you have sinned, you should make sure to repent and solve it by going to the Lord.

You should not hurt lives out of anger and fury, you should not hate your brothers while being jealous or envious of them, you should not feel left out by Heaven, but instead, you should always be thankful and grateful within the Will of God and the Lord and live loving both your brothers and the Trinity. You have to control all of them with God’s Word. The Word is ‘God.’ If we also control with ‘God’s Word, that is, with God,’ then we can control everything.
