How to Win the Battle against Satan

(While we must love people, we have to detest Satan who does various evil deeds behind them. So the battle against Satan is not easy. Lord, what must we do to win the battle against Satan?)

Satan is cunning. Satan’s words are plausible. It could cause everyone to nod their head [hearing them.] That is why prayers and the Word are needed. If you go up to the spiritual world and see, the things that are almost impossible to discern in the physical world will be visible to your eyes, and you will be able to realize about them. But it’s hard for most of you to come up to this level. Recently, the level of Satan’s tricks and deceptions has raised, so in a moment of carelessness, even the entire church may shake. That’s why, today, I am going to tell you about several ways to win the battle against Satan, so pray more* and come up [to Me.] (I began to pray again.) Think about the characteristics of Satan:

  • First, Satan creates division. He drives a wedge between people, he exaggerates words, and he incites people’s anger through words. If you abuse your words according to Satan’s plan, then those words will become your tail, and Satan will continue to work on you.
  • Satan makes people feel unappreciated at each other and have rage against each other. Then what should you do? If it looks like there will be divisions and creation of factions, do not participate in anything, but enter into a deep prayer. Refrain from talking with people, but only converse with Me deeply. And quietly wait for the message. Read in detail, over and over again, the Sunday message, Wednesday message, Friday message, proverbs, and the messages given through revelation receivers. The answer is in [those messages.] Occasionally there are times when good and evil are in confrontation. During the time when Heaven’s side and Satan’s side are in confrontation. If you don’t think you can judge what’s right or wrong with your physical nature, then pray to Me and ask Me and compare it to the Word. You can tell who is on the Heaven’s side by looking at their actions and words.
  • Second, the biggest weapon for defeating Satan is by far ‘Love’. Like David did, you must not hate people who are trying to harm you, but you should treat them with love until the end. In the world they say, “Condemn the crime, not the person.” This is what I say. “Love people and condemn Satan.” But these words should be tough for you. It’s because you have to love the person who’s doing Satan’s deeds before your eyes. Even so, never fight with them, but endure the unfairness, and sit in a small room alone and pray for that person. So that Satan will leave them. As long as your love for people doesn’t cool down in your heart, you are capable of winning the battle against Satan.
  • Third, in a battle against Satan, you need the wisdom to wait for the right time. If it’s not the right time, then you cannot win the battle against Satan even if it’s the will. Satan knows that too, so he will constantly agitate your heart so that you cannot take it. ‘I really can’t take it.’ ‘I can’t take being mistreated.’ Do not have anger saying these things, but instead ask Me what you must do. Before the right time comes, it is the time of Satan. So even if you step forward and fight, you can never win. Therefore, be on your best behavior and wait for the time.
  • Fourth, if you want to be victorious against Satan, then sing praises and be thankful. The praises that you sing in a situation where it’s almost impossible to sing, and the thanksgiving you give in a situation where it’s almost impossible to be thankful; that is a great praise and great thanksgiving. When you sing praises and be grateful and thankful, Satan runs away from you. Be more thankful for small things especially when you are going through a tough situation due to Satan’s violent deeds. If you give thanks to the Lord for small things even in the midst of hardship, Satan will become sick of you and retreat from you. Therefore, become a person who gives thanks for small things.

Satan’s number is 6 and Heaven’s number is 7. Most people endure well until when they give up at the number 6. Giving up and feeling discouraged are the tricks that Satan likes to use the most. Therefore, never give up and never get discouraged. Absolutely believe and rely on Me until the end. Even if it’s a situation where things seem impossible, if you set the condition of absolute faith, the will of the heavens will get fulfilled.

Inscribe this in your heart. What I want from you is the condition of absolute faith and the condition of absolute love. Absolute. Absolute. If you can’t have faith, then just believe it. And pray like this. ‘I want everything to be done according to the Heaven’s will and the Lord’s will. Amen.’ If you do so, you will defeat Satan, and you will destroy Satan. Defeat Satan and properly rebuild My history. All of you are My body, so absolutely follow My words and defeat Satan.

Satan who Wears the Body

(For a few days, the Lord spoke about how scary humanism is. He kept on telling me that humanism is Satan’s mentality and that human-centered ideology is wrong. He said, “Because people don’t know, they live, treating human-centered ideology as the greatest ideology. They are living their lives being deceived by satans.” Then He compared thoughts and ideas to a castle. He said, ”Even if there’s a sturdy and strong castle of thoughts, if human-centered thoughts come into [your mind] and cause a crack in the wall, the castle will crumble.” When I was praying today, the Lord said that He would speak about satans that wear and use the body, so I received the revelation and wrote it down.)

“Satan who wears the body” represents those whose human nature has reached its height. In other words, they are people who lack any kind of holiness, piety, or divinity—the fundamental heart of human beings toward the divine being.

They are left only with the human nature, and they live like animals, only relying on their body. Since they rely on their physical nature, they don’t have conscience either. They are people who claim that their thoughts, in other words, their humanistic thoughts, and their inferior thoughts are correct.

Their words give off the stench of filthy Hell. However, people don’t know. Since they claim that human beings are the best, that each person’s life is the greatest, and that there is no eternal life and there is no God, people are captured by Satan’s trap because such assertion sounds reasonable to them at that moment and they follow it.

People have no idea how scary humanism is, and how terrifying the sound of people who lack conscience, whose human nature has reached at its height and whose divine nature disappeared, is. If people just hear these assertions, thinking that it is just a person saying it, then their thoughts will turn [bad.] However, without realizing this, they just converse with one another and mix their thoughts with theirs.

What Satan uses is people’s thoughts, [in other words,] human-centeredness. Satan asserts human-centeredness and makes people oppose God. He tries to make the human world into a world that thoroughly excludes the Trinity. Even though they say it is human-centered, there is actually Satan behind it. Human beings are just a puppet, and they are being deceived; [however,] since [they] put forth “human-centeredness,” people like it and follow it without knowing about it properly.

Satan seized control of everything—culture, people’s ideas, sports, and also arts. They sing about human love and humanitarianism, so that people are unable to seek God. In order to live in this kind of world, the only way is not to mix with that culture and share with their thoughts.

(Lord, do you mean not to do things with them and not to talk to them?) No. That’s not what I mean. I mean not to share with them. Be vigilant that other things will not enter your thoughts. You need to establish your own standard for thoughts.

Human centered thoughts are very poisonous that once they enter your [mind,] they grow in your head like cancer cells and they disturb your thoughts. Therefore, you should not accept their thoughts. (Lord, who are the people that You are talking about?)

They are human satans, the culture of Satan, and the thoughts of Satan. It is the rotten world, which only its cover shines. They are sounds of commotion, filthy thoughts, sins that make your conscience become rotten, and they are humanistic love, which has no place for the Trinity to dwell.

People who have human-centered mentality say, “Is there a need to love God, putting your life on the line? People who have faith lack boldness.” However, from the Divine Being’s point of view, loving God is the fundamental and original state of human beings.

Satans have already received judgment and they are in Hell, so they can never go against God in spirit. However, since they have the physical tool called ‘human beings,’ they oppose and challenge Me using the body. They know that they cannot win. However, in order to hurt Me and delay the history, they struggle [to fight against Me.]

My love. Bad thoughts, wicked thoughts are easy to discern, but humanistic thoughts are difficult to discern. It is because Satan uses your basic tendency called ‘thoughts.’

Therefore, be careful with your thoughts. Be careful so that Satan will not influence you spiritually. The brain that gradually forms cracks with humanistic thoughts will eventually demolish the castle of mentality. Once your faith, love, mindset, and essence that were once strong turn to humanistic thoughts, it will create cracks. Cracks will then create holes, and holes will create a door, through which Satan will go in and out. In the end, you will lose [yourself.]

Those who look at things humanistically even if the Word is delivered to them can never realize the Word. You should cut off all your humanistic thoughts in your heart. You need to take action as if you are removing cancer cells. Become a person who is absolutely centered on God. When you are afraid, scared, and doubtful, you must overcome by praying. If you entrust [yourself] to Me, I will take care [of the problem] for you. So I hope that you can be people who overcome everything and resurrect. You will become corrupt if you are not alert. Therefore, I hope you watch your heart vigilantly. I am the Holy Son of love.

Do not give satan even a small unguarded moment. Take action on My words immediately.

(The Lord said, ‘Awaken your mind and pray.’ As I got up at predawn, I made up my mind to pray powerfully. At the same time my mind was a little sluggish. I kneeled down and readied myself to pray, however, the next thing I knew, I was asleep. I felt helpless, even frightened as the predawn hours slipped by, and I thought to myself, ‘How did I fall asleep on my knees without even realizing it?’ The Lord replied, ‘It is because you did not put my words into action right away.’ Then He continued.)

Satan interrupts your prayer because your prayer can reach up and open Heaven. Satan disturbs your communication with God so that you will pay more attention to him. Human beings go one way or the other, Heaven or the world of darkness: there is no middle ground. Therefore, evil tries to block your way to Heaven mainly through prayer because prayer connects you to Heaven.

Through prayer, you receive inspiration and realization regarding My Word; those inspirations and realizations allow you to go directly to Heaven. If you receive My word and take action on it, your spirit will change into a heavenly spirit and come closer to Heaven. Satan tries to interrupt this. In other words, he tries to block you from listening to the word of this time period and even if you listen to My word, he disturbs your prayer. In this way, he tries to stop you from hearing My word with your spiritual ears.

I already told you! I told you that you needed to awaken your mind and pray. Even though you said ‘Amen’ right away, you did not take action right away. So Satan was able to quickly take My words away. How could Satan do something like this? It is because you were not on your guard. The moment you were not alert was the moment between hearing My word and taking action upon it. A firm mind set with absolute resolve is fine. However, Satan is trying to catch you off guard — when your mind is not fully alert and while you are thinking, ‘Ok, I’ll do it…’. This is when he takes away the Word.

Satan is good at catching you when you are not on guard. You could call him an outstanding god of catching you off guard. He induced Adam and Eve to think, ‘Should I eat (the fruit of the knowledge of good and evil) or not?’ The crack opened for Satan the moment when they thought, ‘should I eat it?’ after hearing his words. Therefore, maintain your guard from the very beginning.

If you are not on the alert, it is already over. You are powerless. It is difficult enough to live the right way during your daily life. People of Providence; you cannot last long living that way, [without being alert]. You cannot live in My will even for a minute without communicating with Me through My words and through prayer, can you?

I truly tell you, if you do not have absolute confidence in Me in your heart, you will certainly go on the path of Satan. What does it mean, to be ‘armed with the Word’? It means you need to take action on My words immediately with a firm mind and an absolute determination to do it. Also, you should take a firm hold of your heart at every moment of every day, so that you do not give Satan even a small unguarded moment.

You need to take action on My words immediately. Do you know how cunning Satan is? It is already over the moment you are not alert. You may think you are giving your all to Me, but because of your carelessness, you might abandon Me, the Holy Son, and follow Satan. Do not even believe in yourself. Believe in ‘you who are in Me, the Holy Son,’ and believe only My word. Take action completely and resolutely.

A hole, the size of a pin can become an enormous opening, the size of the Earth. Everything begins with something small. Therefore, from the very beginning, you need to prevent small cracks from appearing. Likewise, determination and action the size of a pinhole can lead to the fulfilment of something as big as the universe. Therefore, do small things first. This will naturally lead you to accomplish big things. Please understand. It is not difficult. You just need to take hold of something small. Is that difficult for you? Only [watch yourself] and do not give Satan even a small unguarded moment. Only set your mind on doing something small and take action to do it.

From now on, you have to take action immediately upon hearing My words. Even now, instantly take hold of this short moment.

Know Satan and Triumph

(Some days ago I said to the Lord, “Satan dominates our cultures too much. The love between men and women is rampant and people try to make God seem low and absurd, as if there were no God. People have acquired their opinions thoughtlessly and expelled the Lord because of the effect of the corrupt cultures.” The Lord then conversed with me. “That’s right. Cultures themselves are the anti-Christ.”)

The Lord said, “Now, at this moment, is the time when satan completely attacks us. Satan’s troops surround you. Those who ride on the train of salvation live outside of satan’s domain and can see the agony of those who live inside of that domain. But those who aren’t living outside of satan’s domain will not know whether or not they get attacked, and will go to Hell and cry bitterly that it is unfair. Now is the time of the spiritual war. You must know why satans are on the earth and why people [must] overcome this situation. You must win the war.”

*The Word of the Holy Son*

It’s time for everyone to receive blessings and tribulations. It’s time to find happiness hidden in a rainstorm. Troops of satan come among you. However, if you escape the tribulations of satan, you can receive a more perfect blessing to be with Me.

Throw away all the contradictions in your mind. Only when you throw them away can they not come back into your mind. Burn off all the things which are not appropriate [according to] the Word. Then you can meet Me and live with Me.

Everyone in the world says, “God doesn’t exist. The earth and the universe were created by accident. Human beings are not the only living things in this immense universe. There is life on other planets.” They say these things just like there is reasonable evidence, and assert that the existence of God is not proper. They bring atheism to the fore. Many people agree with these worldly cultures and deny and refuse God. They ignore and blaspheme the Trinity. On top of that, they think that the world that I created exists on its own and stand before Me with arrogance and conceit.

There is nothing that exists alone, by accident or by itself in the entire world. Everything has a reason for existence and [produces] results through its purpose for existence. But people walk alone on the wrong path by speaking words of ignorance. The word that ‘God doesn’t exist’ shows the level of human’s thoughts is low and imperfect.

Satan has already dominated worldly cultures. Just like a man and a woman’s love is [their] reason of life, all things – songs, movies and dramas – are focused on the love between a man and a woman. They consider people who seek God to be old-fashioned, chicken-hearted and weak. They lead people to value money, materials, fame and appearance.

I try to control the cultures and change them. But satan already owns the earth, so people accept the culture he promotes. Consequently, it is hard for people to listen to the Word because they’re brainwashed and get threatened by Satan. This generation doesn’t know justice, just runs without the knowledge of what is important. This is because of satan, who kills you in the name of ‘culture’.

It’s time to examine yourself. There are many satans around you, but if you are on the alert for [the sake of] your heart, don’t open [the door of] your heart when satan knocks and don’t let your guard down, then satan can’t be with you.

Watch out for satans that degenerate people’s thoughts. They also degenerate your heart, make you listen to the Word in the wrong way and make you look to the world. They also make you think physically. That degeneration takes place suddenly, but gradually.

Satan doesn’t approach you by appearing before you. He appears naturally, through circumstances and your [own] mind. Satan imprints [himself] on your mind. He comes through your deeply-rooted physical nature. Therefore, you should throw it away. You must struggle to throw it away. Your heart will be the sword of the Holy Spirit and therefore defeat satan as much as you make the effort.

You don’t have time to listen to the words of satan. There is no time to listen to the bad and negative stories in your mind. Beat them off and look ahead. I have been standing with open arms on the road [you must walk], so don’t be afraid. Run forward. If you don’t look at it, think about it or reply to the satans that cling to you and cause you to stumble, it is enough to beat him. Even though satan carried out a full-scale attack, the armies of Heaven fight and take action for you with their life on the line. You need to advance forward. Don’t forget this. I’m always with you. Therefore, you will triumph if you obey what I have told you. I love you. I am the Lord, the Holy Son who is wisdom, strategy and victory.

The Deeds of Satan (HOW/WHAT TO PRAY FOR)

Luciel, who opposed God’s will of creating human beings, was driven out of the Kingdom of Heaven and became Lucifer, Satan, who obstructs all the things that the almighty God carries out. Lucifer opposed the creation of this world, so he hinders and opposes the righteous life of all the human beings in the world. 

He makes people violate God’s laws and tempts them, causing them to fall. He opposes God giving purpose to human beings, he opposes God working upon them, and he entices and deceives human beings. Satan also corrupts the world and corrupts its entire culture, so when people are exposed to [the culture] their minds and actions rot and become sick. In this way, Satan ultimately makes people go to Hell together with him.

Now is the final completion phase of the purpose of creation, and the one thousand-year Complete Testament history is starting, so satans are working frantically [to oppose it]. Satans frantically block and oppose in order to obstruct God’s will and to fulfill their own will. This is ‘spiritual tribulation.’ 

  • Spiritual tribulation means that satans work upon people so that they have the heart, mind, and thoughts that Satan gives.
  • Physical tribulation refers to disasters and woes that come in a physical sense, disasters caused by people or by nature—such as floods, droughts, earthquakes, typhoons, cold spells, heat spells, wars, and so on.

Satans are invisible to you. They are spirits, so they work secretly while hiding. So they are invisible. Therefore, pray! Then I, the Holy Son, will be with you and defeat them, and I will send soldiers of Heaven to assist you in the fight against satans to gain victory. Ultimately, those who absolutely believe in and worship the Almighty will defeat satans. But the difference is whether satans are destroyed sooner or later, depending on your responsibility. Therefore, first, be perfect. Second, pray. Satans will be destroyed more quickly if you become more perfect and pray more.

If you do not know about satans, you will be victimized by them. If you clearly know the Word of the time period and know about Satan’s deeds, you will recognize and discern satans that are trying to deceive you through other people, so you will not be victimized. If you do not know, you will be victimized. Satans entice those who are ignorant. Will a thief break into a house whose master knows he is coming? It is the same with Satan.

Satan works through your ‘weak heart and thoughts.’ He makes you give up, prompts you to hate, provokes fights among one another, makes you disbelieve, makes you sleepy when you pray, and distracts you and makes you doubt when you listen to the Word. It may seem like you are doing these things, but it is Satan that is working through your heart.

During the time of prayer also, do not give up praying, saying you are tired. Satan makes you think that way so that you yourself will accept the thoughts that you are tired and stop praying. Satan takes away your time of prayer. When the time of prayer comes, he makes you think, ‘Oh, I need to do this. I need to do that, too,’ and makes you do other things. If you pray definitely and fiercely during your prayer time, Satan cannot invade.

‘Prayer’ is the most powerful weapon in defeating Satan. At that time, through prayer, you become connected with God and Me, the Holy Son, and through prayer you and I love each other, too. Therefore, Satan blocks it. If you cannot come to church during the predawn hours when you should pray, make sure you pray at your own place. When you pray, I, the Holy Son, will come (to you). During prayer, do not just pray but converse with Me, the Holy Son! Then Satan will not be able to invade. You should not pray alone without conversing [with me]. Be sure to call upon Me and pray while conversing.

Pray for yourselves, for your brothers, for everyone in the world. I have commanded you to pray after seeing satans’ deeds, but those who give excuses and do not pray will regret forever. If you hear My words but do not put them to action, satans will act with even more confidence, saying that you do not even keep the final words that I give you. Everyone, let’s pray. It is not about praying once or twice. Pray as if you eat when you are hungry and pray as if you sleep when you are sleepy. If you do not pray, satans choke you, lock you in their arms, and drag your spirit around in the darkness while beating and tormenting you.

Always seek Me throughout your daily life also. Think of Me. If you lose time, I, the Holy Son, cannot go to you either. Think that time is I, the Holy Son, and use time for Me. Arm your heart, arm your mind, and arm your spirit. The spiritual tribulation that Satan inflicts upon you has begun. Therefore, be firm. Pray. If you arm yourself with prayer and with the Word of the time period, Satan cannot come. You should know the fundamental Word clearly. Live your life giving thanks with clear knowledge of the times. Everyone, let’s do well. Read the Bible, arm yourself through those words. And arm yourself through prayer. I am the Holy Son who saves you. Shalom!
