- Matthew 5:23-24 Therefore, if you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother has something against you, leave your gift there in front of the altar. First go and be reconciled to your brother; then come and offer your gift.
- Isaiah 55:6-11 Seek the LORD while he may be found; call on him while he is near. Let the wicked forsake his way and the evil man his thoughts. Let him turn to the LORD, and he will have mercy on him, and to our God, for he will freely pardon. “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the LORD. “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts. As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater, so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.
Whatever is bound on the earth must be resolved on the earth through conversing with each other. Only then are they resolved in Heaven too. The Lord’s heart is also resolved at that time. Then ‘harmony’ will finally happen. From that time on, the loss of lives will decrease and the church will also grow. Also, from that time on, various blessings will come, the things that the body and spirit hoped for will come true, you will drive out Satan, and heaven on earth will also be achieved.
The same is true in your family, right? If there are unresolved issues between spouses and unresolved issues between parents and children, will they be resolved just by eating delicious food together as a family? Will they be resolved by having a lot of fun in the water? Of course, at those times you will be caught up in the atmosphere and thus get along, eat, and have fun. However, since the fundamental [issues of the] heart were not resolved, when you come home, your hearts are in disagreement again and you will fight.
Even if you eat delicious food, even if you get along and have fun together, you surely have to resolve whatever needs to be resolved by having conversations with each other. Only then will harmony be achieved.
The same is true with the church. Instead of resolving the unresolved issues and grudges in the heart without talking about them, if you try to resolve them temporarily by having fun in the water or having various performances, people will get caught up in the environment at that time, get along and have fun like people around them are doing. However, since it isn’t resolved through having conversations with each other and they are only having fun for that time due to the atmosphere, the fundamental unresolved issues of the heart still remain the same. So when they return to church, their heart are in disagreement again and the harmony is shattered. If you fail to resolve the fundamental issues, those unresolved hearts will explode out every time people’s heart are bothered in their daily lives. It is because since the things bound on the earth are not resolved, the things bound in heaven are also not resolved either. Therefore, God says, “Converse with each other. Resolve [issues] through conversation. Resolve them completely without leaving anything behind. ‘Conversation’ is the key to resolving unresolved issues.” You resolve things by conversing and also make your wishes come true by conversing. By doing so, issues between people will get resolved and things will become harmonious.
God created heaven and earth through ‘the Word.’ He created human beings through ‘the Word’ too. If there is no Word, [we] will not know ‘God’s Will.’ If there is no Word, there is no ‘history and grace of the Holy Spirit’ either.
The Word is that important. Everything gets solved through the Word. When you look at Isaiah 55:6, today’s main scriptures, God told all the people of the world through the Prophet Isaiah, “Seek God while He may be found. Call Him while He is near.
Come to Me. Let’s resolve it with Me. My thoughts are different from your thoughts. Just as the heavens are higher than the earth, My thoughts are higher than your thoughts.”
God says: “There are people among you who say, ‘I have sinned. So now I’m ruined. I cannot go to Heaven,’ and live recklessly. When something you’re working on doesn’t work out, you do it recklessly. This is ‘your thoughts.’ I, Jehovah, want you to not quit but repent, gather courage, work hard, and surely fulfill the Will that I, Jehovah, want. My, Jehovah’s thoughts are as high as the heavens. Listen to My thoughts and see. First, let’s reason about ‘sin.’ I see that you sinned because you did not know. But you felt through your conscience that you should not do that, right? Conscience is also thoughts that I, Jehovah, gave you. But you went against your conscience and kept doing what you were doing. The way to solve it is only this. Confess that you did wrong. Then I will forgive you. Do not sin again. I see that you sinned even with knowledge. For this too, the way to solve it is only this. Tell Me what you did wrong and repent. If you do, I will forgive you. And do not sin again. Now let’s reason about ‘righteousness.’ Have you done deeds of righteousness? As much as you have done deeds of righteousness, you escaped dangerous situations and as much as you have done deeds of righteousness, things have worked out well for you.
You should do deeds of righteousness but do them while loving Me, Jehovah, and take action in My Will. Only then will that righteousness be ‘eternal righteousness’ and thus, your spirit will receive [the product of] that and it will have an eternal effect. With ordinary righteousness, it ends after your ‘body’ receives it and enjoys it.”
God meets face to face with all 7.3 billion people on the earth in this way and through the Word and through words, He reasons with them, resolves [their issues], and lets them be harmonious. However, people don’t resolve issues with ‘words and conversations.’ Instead, they resolve issues through various arts, games, and eating and drinking. That is why the fundamental [problems] don’t get resolved and thus, fighting
and bickering don’t end and harmony is shattered. Like God’s Word, you have to resolve the things that are bound and knotted up through ‘words and conversations’ and through ‘repentance and apologies.’ You have to resolve things on the earth. Only then will they also be resolved in Heaven. I hope that you will surely not forget that ‘harmony’ is achieved through sincere words and conversations. You have to make sure and to resolve things through ‘sincere words and conversations.’ Indeed, in being harmonious, ‘conversation’ is key.
You should not be good only to the Lord while leaving unresolved matters with your brothers that you should resolve. You should resolve issues that should be resolved with your brothers first by conversing with them and also give thanksgiving and glory to the Lord. If you know this and do it, there will be harmony. It is to be ‘harmonious’ with individuals, families, churches, and nations.
When you watch the news or read newspapers, there are many incidents where people fail to be harmonious and always fight with strong negativity toward each other. When you look at nations, religions, politics, business, and families, there are tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of incidents where people are fighting with each other with strong negativity. People have to live resolving everything. Only then will wars disappear from this world and harmony will come. I hope that you will achieve ‘peace and harmony’ by making sure to converse with each other, resolve [issues] and thus, become the main people who achieved harmony both on the earth and in heaven.
