41. The Brain
Thinking is done in ‘the brain.’ Therefore, if you do not think, the brain does not function either. A person has to have good thoughts. Only then will your hands and feet not suffer and will your body not suffer. God, the Holy Spirit, and the Holy Son all control the brain by giving the Word to the brain and letting you realize. If They do that, the Word that They put into your brain will come to mind and you will take action with that thought. A person’s brain stores what it has seen and what it has heard just like a video recording or an audio recording that is made. A video [camera] or an audio recorder can record video or audio but cannot think on its own.
A person’s brain can store what it has seen and heard, and also think on its own about that. It thinks of tens of thousands of things and millions of things. It is because God created it. God created thoughts so that people would connect even with God through ‘the brain.’ [God] created the human brains according to the same principles as ‘God’s brain.’ If you want to use a human brain in the most ideal way, you must receive the Word of the Holy Trinity and receive Their mentality and thoughts. When communication equipment is made, it performs various functions through radio waves. In the same way, if you receive God’s Word and the thoughts of the Divine Being into your thoughts and thus make them perfect, you will connect with the Trinity through the spiritual waves and as a result, the Trinity will do various works through that body.
If you do not think, ‘your brain of thoughts’ will immediately harden. Eyes, nose, mouth, ears, hands, feet, arms, legs, the heart, and other body parts cannot perform the function of thinking like the brain does. However, the brain performs its functions by thinking, and also performs its own functions as it exists on its own. The brain has to think. Only then will each body part function properly and do the things they each must do. The functions of the brain and the thoughts of the brain become hardened to that particular side according to what a person learns, confesses, believes, acknowledges, and acts. If you study, your brain functions on the side of studying, if you play games, your brain functions on the side of games, if you deliver the Word, your brain functions on the side of the Word. Just as the image and shape of creation is formed according to what you make with it, your brain’s function is formed according to how you make the brain while thinking and taking action.
A hand cannot hold many things if it tries to carry many things at once. You must move them by dividing them into multiple actions. The brain is like ‘a hand.’ Therefore, if it thinks many things at one time, it cannot think in a focused way. You must think deep and high level things by focusing and thinking many times continually and step by step. You cannot jump up 100 steps at once. If you climb the steps one at a time, you will ultimately climb to the top of 100 steps.
The brain is like that too. You have to think deep and high level things by focusing and thinking continually and step by step.
As for the thoughts of human beings, there are limits no matter how deeply and highly they think. Even if it is the thoughts of a high level person, it will ultimately come up against limits along the way because it is still the thoughts of a human being. You must connect with the absolute God, the Holy Spirit, and the Holy Son. And you must think according to Their Word. However, even if you receive the thoughts of the Divine Being, you will only think as much as the functioning capacity of your own brain and you will think only according to your own skills and level. Therefore, you must make your brain’s functions proficient. When making an object or handwriting, if you do them repeatedly with your hand, they will be made more proficient than the first time. The same is true with the functions of the brain.
If you think at a higher level than what you thought at first and keep correcting your thoughts, your thoughts will become ideal and become good thoughts. As for the brain, the more it thinks repeatedly, the better it will design at a higher level. If you graft the thoughts of your brain into God, the Holy Spirit, and the Holy Son, then your thoughts will change into ‘the thoughts of the Divine Being.’ You should take action after first receiving the Word of the Divine Being and the thoughts of the Divine Being. However, the more you think while constantly raising your level, the deeper, higher, better, and more ideal thoughts you will think. The more you think deeply, the more you will think better things and even think of better methods.
42. The Clothes of Change, ‘Repentance’
When the clock hit twelve at night, I took a cold shower and knelt down to pray.
I washed up my whole body, and when I closed my eyes to pray, voila, the problem surfaced right away. As I was trying to go into prayer, it was so obvious and bothersome that I could not get into prayer. Before I began praying, it was unnoticeable, but once I started praying, it became clear. This was a revelation given to me. Do you want to know what the reason was? I had not brushed my teeth. I was so stricken in my conscience.
Because that tiny bit was left [unclean], I felt uneasy. It was striking. Compared to the whole body, teeth are like the tip of an iceberg. Yet, when I was trying to pray I could not because immediately [after I began to pray] that mistake glared at me. I had a prick in my conscience before God and the Lord pointed it out to me, I got up again, brushed my teeth and sat back. Then, I could pray.
We must be clean both in the mind and the body. It is a revelation the Lord gave me to tell us that if we have even a tiny speck of sin, we have to repent for it to connect with the Lord and be free from a sense of guilt.
Revelation 19:7~8 defines, “Clean linen stands for righteous deeds.” [We] must be wearing the clean clothes of deeds. We get to put on fine linen, bright and clean, when we live our lives with faith in God, doing good and righteous acts. If you sin and leave it unresolved, it does not fade away even after a long period of time. Sin is removed only when you repent. If you repent, it is erased clean. [God] allows those who take righteous actions and sincerely repent to put on clean clothes. The spirits of those who do not repent go around in dirty clothes.
God is a Clean Being. Therefore, first of all, [you] must be clean. You have to repent for your sins and truly admit your wrongs to God, then He will hear it and through the proper steps, forgive you. It must be done in real action in order for your sins to be absolved and for you to be forgiven.
A while ago, I asked the Lord in a predawn hour, “Lord, will there be anyone who will claim that he has gone to hell because he repented but You did not forgive him?” The Lord said in reply, “When you repent, I have forgiven to the end the sins that you human beings have committed. So that no one will go to hell because I did not forgive him when he repented, as long as you repented I have forgiven you to the end. I have forgiven everyone who has repented.” You would not know how drastically it defines the fate of your spirit when you do not repent. Satan holds a list in his hand of those who sinned and have not earnestly repented; when he sees them, he recognizes them right away. Eventually, they fall under Satan’s control because of those sins. If you want to go to heaven, you ought to repent, love the Lord only.
Your work clothes do not catch your attention in the workplace, but if you go to a clean place in those same clothes, the differences become obvious. Likewise, when you are in the world, even if you have sins, you pass undetected. When you stand before God, however, all your sins become clearly visible. In going to heaven, repenting sin is a must. When you repent, the Lord forgives to the end. He forgives because He loves [you]. He forgives because He wants to take you to heaven. If you don’t repent, the Lord won’t forgive forever.
In order for our spirits to enter the heavens, we must transform into the heavenly bodies. As a caterpillar changes into a butterfly; as human genes transform into a human being that is born; as clay becomes porcelain when kneaded, shaped, and baked in 1,200 degree furnace; and as mixed iron is purified to come out as pure gold when placed inside a 3,000 degree crucible; we must change from a wicked person to a good person. Unless we are changed, we cannot go to heaven. We must be transformed by hearing the Word and exactly putting it into action. We must be changed by repenting, by receiving the Holy Spirit, and by continuing to listen to the revelations of the Lord and putting them into action!
43. You have to do it until the end to defeat Satan
The Holy Spirit observed me waking up and working from predawn unceasingly and said: “You have to do it until the end to defeat Satan.” Satan cannot go until the end. Why not? As ‘a fallen being,’ Satan ‘has received a sentence of destruction from God.’ Therefore, his authority cannot reach the end. Satan knew the Will and blocked God from ‘fulfilling His ideal world.’ Human beings delighted in fulfilling ‘God’s ideal world,’ whereas satans degenerated into ‘beings who did not delight in fulfilling God’s ideal world.’ That’s why God proclaimed their destruction, saying, “You are dead. It’s over.” And with that, satans were “destroyed by God.”
But why would Satan lay a hand on us despite having received the sentence of destruction? It’s because there is ‘a period of time’ in which God carries out the destruction of Satan. Satans can interfere and torment human beings within that time frame, but since they’ve received the sentence of destruction, they cannot go until the end. Because Satan received the sentence of God’s destruction, he has no authority to go to the kingdom of Heaven nor does he have authority to follow the path of life. It is because he disobeyed God’s Word.
You must not only know about God. You must know about satans as well as the devils. You need to know both sides. Soldiers need to know both sides. They must know about their nation, as well as their enemy. We are like soldiers in a world of fighting against Satan. Therefore, we must know about God, and we must know about Satan. Satan studies and researches how to harm us, so we also must study every day in order to defeat Satan.
Satan cannot do things until the end. Satans cannot do things until the end since they are lacking in intelligence. People within Satan are lacking in intelligence. They cannot do things until the end because they are under Satan’s control. Satans like darkness. This is because they use it to hide themselves. If it is not dark, their unrighteousness will be revealed and seen. Satans study and make efforts every day in order harm your life. Therefore, you must know the deep cunning of Satan and fight back. And you also must make efforts and study. If you deal with satans, demons, and ghosts with knowledge, they will disappear. If you recognize a swindler, they will avoid you. Why? Because you recognize their contradiction.
Do the work you must do no matter what. Then Satan cannot sneak in. You must act powerfully and boldly. Then Satan cannot make that power falter. Your heart must be firm, then Satan cannot tempt you. When you realize and take action, Satan cannot sneak in nor can he tempt you. If you take action perfectly, Satan cannot sneak in. That’s why God has always said, “Take action perfectly.”
If you unite with God and the Holy Spirit, you come to escape ‘Satan’s domain.’ If you unite with God and the Holy Spirit, Satan flees.
Satan cannot go until the end. We will win as long as we go to the end, we must just go to the end. In the Bible, Satan’s number is 666. Our number is 777. Therefore, if we go to the end, we will win. It is because 7 is one number higher than 6. We win with that one number. But Satan can win if we don’t go to the end. You must not give up even if you lack strength or are incapable. Even if you sleep and fail to do something, do not give up. If you don’t give up, you will win. Why? Because Satan will die along the way when the time comes. It’s because it is predestined that Satan be/is unable to do things until the end. “Satan cannot do things until the end.” You must always perceive this message without forgetting it. And you must always do things until the end.
44. Make Rules!
People live working hard their entire lives in order to fill ‘their heads.’ Moreover, people live working hard their entire lives to fulfill ‘what their hearts and thoughts want.’ However, no matter how much people fill their heads and live filling what their hearts and thoughts want, there is no ‘satisfaction’ for people’s brains, thoughts, and psychology/mentality/state of mind. Everything is thus.
It is the case with eating. If each person is given one [piece of] bread as a snack, they say, “I really wish I could eat two. I will be satisfied then.” So, if they were given two, then they still won’t be satisfied and say, “If I ate three, I would be full and it would be great.” This is the case with money, too. Even if you earn more, there is no satisfaction.
At first, you might say, “I wish I could make this much. Then I’ll be satisfied and won’t want anything more.” But then once you make that much, you say, “I will be satisfied only when I make more.” This is also the case with your house. At first you say, “If I just had my own space, I’d be satisfied. Even if it’s small, if I could just have my own house, I’d be satisfied.” And then once you have your own space, and get your own house even if it’s small, you still won’t be satisfied, and say, “I will be satisfied if it’s a bigger house.” And then later, you say, “I’ll be satisfied if my house was like a palace. I’m envious of the people who live in houses that are like palaces.” People’s hearts and psychology are like this.
In order to fill their heads and fill what they want, people live making all kinds of efforts and putting in hard work. However, even after they fill those things, they still won’t be satisfied at that point. Therefore, people need to live setting a ‘limit.’ Once they reach their limit, they should say “I’m satisfied,” and live sticking with it. In other words, you should be the one setting ‘rules’ [in your life] and live [that way]. You should live according to those rules, and be satisfied about it. Then you will be full of joy.
Whether the wake-up time is 6 a.m., 5 a.m., 4 a.m., or 3 a.m., people are not satisfied with [how much they slept]. They want to sleep more. They really want to sleep even just for 5 more minutes, 10 more minutes, or 20 more minutes.
Regardless of what time people set their wake-up time as, people’s psychology is such that they want to sleep a little more, and be more comfortable. Even if you sleep until 8 a.m.,once you get up at 8 o’clock, you want to sleep 5 minutes more, 10 minutes more, or 20 minutes more. And then when someone wakes you up, or an alarm rings, you say, “Let me sleep just for 5 more minutes and then get up,” right? That is why I am telling you to set ‘rules’ from the beginning. This is because you will want to do things according to the rules you have set.
People live with ‘two types of satisfaction.’ First, they live with the ‘satisfaction of doing more to prosper,’ and second, they live with the ‘satisfaction of doing less to be comfortable.’ There is no end to doing more, and there is no end to doing less either. There is no end if you try to live only comfortably while filling your head. Even if you continue to fill it, there is no satisfaction in life of ‘filling your head.’ Everyone, I hope that you realize your ‘psychology, heart, and thoughts,’ and control them!
Even people who live for the world and live for physical things, they live continuously working hard and making effort in order to fill ‘their heads’ with more, more, and more, and in order to fulfill what their hearts and thoughts want.
However, the size of a human head is like, from God’s point of view, ‘the size of a cap part of an acorn,’ and it is like ‘the size of a coffee cup.’ People try to fill ‘their heads’ throughout their entire lives, but they eventually die without being able to fill such small heads. The process of filling your head throughout your entire life is like this. A person who was sleeping until 4 a.m. now sleeps until 5 a.m. according to his wishes, but then he is not satisfied with that, so he sleeps until 6 a.m. Again, he is not satisfied, so he sleeps until 7 a.m., but he still wants to sleep more, so he sleeps until 8 a.m., and then 9 a.m. And then he becomes 90 years old and dies. In the end, ‘nothing’ remains. I hope that you wish to fill [yourself] with ‘God’s head’ for eternal things. I hope you will do more of that. Then [things] will remain forever, and you will enjoy eternal love and joy!
