- James 2:17 Faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.
This year I told you to take action swiftly like catching light. If you want to take action like you are catching light, you have to make ‘the road’ well during regular times. Starting now, I will tell you one thing at a time about what you have to do in order to do that.
- First, before taking action, you must first ‘pray.’ Then you will realize with wisdom, you will discern and judge spiritually, and you can take action boldly.
- Second, if you want to take action, you have to ‘think’ about the things you are going to take action on.
Then you can take action without forgetting. Even if they are things you can do and even if you have the time, you can’t do them if you forget them from your thoughts. However, there are limits to your thoughts. Therefore, you have to ‘write things down’ and look at them frequently so that you don’t forget. And you have to rapidly take action on one thing at a time while checking.
- Third, once you are done taking action, if you are idle and let the time drift by because you have finished, you won’t feel the satisfaction of getting it done quickly and you will end up short on time for the next task. It’s not easy to do things when your thoughts have cooled down and when your body that was running has cooled down. Therefore, after you have taken action, you should recharge briefly and then immediately do the next task and move.
- Fourth, when taking action, you should call ‘the Holy Spirit and the Lord’ and do it together with them. This is really important. If you do it by yourself, it will be difficult, you won’t be able to do it properly, and you will even do things that you should not do in self-centered ways. On top of that, if you do things by yourself, ideal thoughts will not come and you will also be weak. You have to make sure to call ‘the Holy Spirit and the Lord’ and do it together with them.
This year I told you to take action like you would catch light. If you want to take action like you would catch light, you have to discern in an instant with the thoughts, which are faster than light. In order to do that, you have to discern spiritually. In order to discern spiritually, you have to be united with ‘the Holy Spirit and the Lord’s thoughts.’
Only then will you take action like you would catch light and seize even opportunities that come and go in an instant like [the hands of a] watch. There are many things that require instant discernment, judgment, and action like you are fighting for every second. The more a task is one where every second counts, the more you have to take action with ‘the Holy Spirit and the Lord.’ Then you will discern quickly and take action like you would catch light.
To do that, you have to always be prepared in your heart and take action at lightning speed during regular times too. You have to receive ‘the Holy Spirit’s inspiration,’ which is the Holy Spirit’s specialty. Then you will discern in an instant and take action. However, many people misunderstand and think the Holy Spirit’s inspirations are their own thoughts and many people misunderstand and think that their own thoughts are the Holy Spirit’s inspirations. Therefore, you have to make sure to call ‘the Holy Spirit and the Lord’ and pray.
You have to pray – then you will become spiritual. You have to pray – then you will be united with and be close to the Holy Spirit when you take action in regular times too. Then you will immediately discern whether something is the Holy Spirit’s inspiration or your own thoughts.
If you try to take action by yourself alone, it will be late. Even though you may be able to do small tasks by yourself, you cannot do big tasks alone. You have to call the Holy Spirit and the Lord and do it with them. And for tasks that should be done together with your brothers, you should do them together. Then you will take action quickly like you would catch light. Some people do things by themselves and not with the Lord. They go only as far as having big dreams and big talk. They just feel anxious and stop there. Their efforts will end in vain.
Additionally, when taking action, you should not take action while looking at only one thing. Instead, you have to take action while looking at many things from all sides. Problems will occur if you take action while looking at only one thing. If you take action incorrectly, you will incur losses as much as you take action. In that case, it is worse than not doing it at all. You have to take action while calling and asking the Holy Spirit and the Lord. You have to take action while discussing with your brothers and your followers too.
If you keep postponing and not doing it even though it would actually work out well if you just did it, later on, you won’t even be able to imagine doing it and not do it. Even though it may not go well at first, the more you take action, the better you will get. Additionally, you have to ‘take action to raise your level.’ Then you will gain bigger things than last year.
If you want to raise your level, you have to pray deep prayers and have deep conversations with the Trinity. On top of that, you have to make the Lord your head and take action united with him. Then you will discern and think spiritually. If you think incorrectly, you will go off into a different world. Therefore, you have to think well and take action. I want you to remember and always remember that: You should take action but do it at a ‘high level.’ And in order to act at a high level and perfectly, you have to surely call the Holy Spirit and the Lord and take action with the Holy Spirit and the Lord.
This year, you have to run fast as light to the best of your ability, like you would ‘run a race.’ I bless all of you to run and work hard while contending with your daily life, the work you should do, and time, and thus to be victorious and gain, and celebrate with the Trinity, the Lord, and your brothers! Today’s message is: ‘[Everything] gets solved only through taking action!’ While continually taking action, you must surely ‘challenge yourself to take action.’
You have to keep ‘taking action’ always during regular times so that [the things you should do] do not get backed up. 2017, the year of taking action! I bless all of you who are taking action to be filled abundantly with ‘the Trinity’s power of taking action’ and thus by running and working hard on the work you should do in your daily life and time like you would fight for every second, catch light, and run a race- win the victory and gain!
