Do not Control People using Words

Words have an overwhelming effect. Do not coach people using words. Is it your thinking that the followers will mature well, if you teach them every single thing with words?

They would not mature well. You should not touch every single thing, because that is intimidating. Rather, it is about them growing and while growing, pruning the branches which grow in the wrong direction. While pruning, you need to carefully prune the branches.

You should not prune the branches off all at once. When you speak to them at your level, the way the listeners hear what you say depends on their individual levels. You need to speak to them softly. Treat the young with more care.

If you want to lead people, then do not lead people right to the end with only [spoken] words. You need to teach them with the Word. A great leader is a leader who brings people to enlightenment. A leader who just speaks is a leader who opens people’s eyes forcefully. A leader who makes you realize is a leader who makes you want to open your eyes and enables you to open your eyes. So allow people to know through the Word. This is the Holy Son’s method and a sophisticated method.

If you point things out with words, it is forceful. The other person will get hurt. You need to let them understand, and speak to them while taking care of them in detail.

Leaders should be able to see past the limitations faced by the followers. When followers are faced with their limitations, there are times when they do not know well, no matter how much they are given the word. At that time, you need to teach them to surpass their limitation and climb higher. But you should also let them be free when they are doing things at their level.

It is the especially the case that people who are evangelized these days are weak. There is no end if you just pull them forcefully. Let them be free, but only give them the law.

Also, you should enable them to take action on the Word. There is no end if you just force them to do things. You should enable them to take action on their own.

Inspire them and also meet them. Leaders should know a lot. Also leaders should bear the cross, make sacrifices and serve. Such people are leaders. You need to know that leadership is not a position for you to receive glory. It is unhealthy to eat only sweet things. People who eat, experience and endure through bitterness will grow properly. Leaders should be humble, and even with more humility leaders need to handle people with prayer.

I often reveal My glory through young people. You need to be careful of how you treat people because you do not know through whom I will work. If you treat people harshly, then you will be treated harshly by the Trinity.

You should not control people with words. You should take action in your daily life and show your life as an example. If you love only with words, the Trinity can no longer believe you. Only when you live as they want, will they believe you and consider you as a bride. In this way, it is the same with followers. If leaders love followers only with words, the followers will know the truth in the end. Leaders are people who live with the followers, and who transform the lives of the followers.
