I will first tell you about how to operate your brain. The Holy Son said: “The human brain does think about multiple things at any moment, but when the brain actually operates, it cannot put ‘two different thoughts’ to work at the same time. The brain thinks fixated on ‘one thing.’ According to that thought, the body responds and acts on ‘the one thing.’ ”
- A person cannot think and do righteous things while thinking and doing unrighteous things,
- and a person cannot think and do unrighteous things while thinking and doing righteous things.
As for the brain, the ignition is turned on through ‘thinking.’ ‘Through thinking,’ you push the switch and proceed. Then the ignition of ‘the nerves of all the body parts’ are turned on, permit ‘the switch of thoughts’ [to turn on], so the ‘the entire nerve systems’ and ‘the body’ take action following ‘the thoughts.’ Therefore, before you permit the ‘thoughts’ your thoughts haven to turn off ‘the ignition’ and control it.
- First, it is to not turn the ignition on at all with the thoughts!
- Second, even if the ignition of thoughts is on, it is to not step on the accelerator of action!
There is a way to prevent yourself from committing sin. It is to block it and ‘restrict’ it with ‘thoughts.’ It is to press the switch of thoughts powerfully when in front of ‘righteousness’, and to have a strong heart and not press the switch of thoughts when in front of unrighteousness.
The Holy Son said: “Just as you cannot drive normally without fixing a broken car You cannot live your life normally without fixing your broken brain. Faith is to fix. It is to make. It is to transform. A life that has stopped transforming is a ‘dead life.’ ”
▶The [message] will now continue on to part 2 of today’s message. It is the message about: ‘take action so that your body, soul, and spirit will develop and grow perfectly,’ which is the 2nd theme. Certainly, the body, mind, actions, and spirits must be fully grown. If you want to grow, you must surely listen to the Word and take action on it. You must grow. Then you will be completed.
- (Stage 1: Growth of the body) ◎First is the ‘growth of the body, development of the body.’ It must develop and grow until the body is completed. Between the time during the growth process and the time after growth is completed, there are differences in function, shape, image, and beauty to incomparable degrees. Whether creation or people, in order for them to show ‘extreme beauty,’ they must be fully equipped and grown.
- (Stage 2: Growth of the heart, mind, thoughts) ◎Second, your ‘heart, mind, and thoughts’ must be grown and completed. If your thoughts are immature, you will take action immaturely as they are. People act according to their ‘minds and thoughts.’ Those actions determine ‘the destiny of their lives.’ Therefore, you must absolutely make your mind and thoughts grow up. The best materials for growing your mind and thoughts is the ‘Word.’ Keeping the Word absolutely is the ‘sign that the mind and thoughts have grown up.’
- (Stage 3 : Development of actions, growth of actions) ◎Third, your ‘actions’ must grow up. Even if the body, which is the outer image, and the mind have grown up, the actions of the body must grow up perfectly and be completed. In your heart you thought that you could do it with 100% certainty, but for some strange reason, you cannot do it. The reason is that ‘growth of actions’ has not happened properly. Your actions must be completed. Then you can take action completely.
Then what must you do for your actions to be completed? You have to keep doing it. And you must fix what must be fixed. You must grow your actions by keep trying to do it.
The Holy Son says: “Cut off the various unrighteous things and act perfectly!”
Even if you did it with your life on the line, would it be impossible? Because everyone did not take action with their lives on the line that people make excuses and justify themselves. If you really wish to do it, you can do everything perfectly.
The Holy Son says: “If you do perfectly, you will become a ‘hero’ and become ‘divine.’”
