Give Thanks to God and the Holy Son Who Have Provided [for You]

‘Thanksgiving’ is a return courtesy that the one who has received expresses to the one who has given; this is proper etiquette. Some people have received so much from My Father, from the Holy Spirit, and from Me, the Holy Son, also. But they do not express gratitude in words, do not give thanks with materials, and do not give thanks through their daily lives. Because they are ignorant, they do not return thanks but they only receive without being grateful.

Those who do not give thanks will end up like a farmer who is unable to harvest because he did not sow and who has nothing to gather because he did not scatter. [But] those who give thanks are like a farmer who sows seeds and thus has an abundant harvest. You sustain your lives because My Father, the Holy Spirit, and I, the Holy Son, are always providing for you both physically and spiritually and because you are receiving it from Us. So do not cease to be thankful every day. My Father gives more to those who are grateful, and He allows them to sow more and to harvest more.

Some people have a surplus of food in storage even though they gave thanks and offered to Heaven what they had to offer, and they ate and clothed themselves as well. But some people do not have anything left in storage and are always poor and distraught even though they did not give an offering of thanksgiving to Heaven and they ate up even what [they should have offered to Heaven]. This happens because they have failed to receive the blessings that they should receive through being thankful.

When it comes to thanksgiving, you should first give thanks at the very moment you receive something, as if greeting someone when [you see them.] If you give thanks after eating it for a while, it is like serving because you have left over food.

The Almighty comes first, above all others. As for leading a life of thanksgiving, it should be done in words as well as with materials. You should lead a life of thanksgiving expressing gratitude with your lips, expressing gratitude by offering a tithe—a tenth of what you have received— and expressing gratitude by giving to God the Almighty what you should give to Him. This is how you should lead a life of thanksgiving.

Those who do not give thanks are stingy people, and their lives will ultimately become poor and miserly. Those who only receive and enjoy what they have received are committing the sin of not giving thanks. God the Creator made the Universe and the Earth. Thus, He provided the foundation for human beings to live. He created all things under the heavens and provided everything so that human beings can sustain their lives. Therefore, you should always be grateful while using all of creation.

Through thanksgiving, you become connected to the Giver, you become closer to Him, and you transform in the body, heart, and spirit. So you become a person who lives at a high level and who has been reborn in thanksgiving.

Reflect on the times in your life when you were thankful and the times when you were not thankful. See and realize what a difference thanksgiving has made. Do not offer your life while being agitated, while grumbling, or while being worried, but live perfectly. Live your life always offering [to God] out of a thankful heart both in the physical aspect and the spiritual aspect of faith. Do not give thanks only for what you have earned through hard work but give thanks always that [the Trinity] has made your spirit thrive in terms of faith and helped you eat the rich fruit and grains of the heart and spirit. I hope that you will live every day always giving thanks with gratification, joy, and hope.

If you pray deeply and bring your soul and spirit to life, the things you should be thankful for will come to mind, so you will have an unending list of things to be grateful for. Blessed are those who live in this way. I want you to realize that even if I, the Holy Son, am invisible I am always with you helping you and caring for you.  If I were not with you at all times, I could not grow [you,] the spiritual crops, which means that your spirit, soul, and body could not live in the domain of life.

Those who do not give thanks will live in a different domain from those who give thanks. Those who do not give thanks are like those who are not perfectly made, so they cannot be close to Me. They cannot be close to Me until they are made [perfectly.] Look at the Bible. Examine what those who gave thanks to Heaven enjoyed in their lives. Realize and do the same for yourself. If you look at things from your perspective only, it seems that you acquired everything through your own hard work. However, from Heaven’s standpoint, from the Giver’s perspective, you have gained them because Heaven has given them to you. From today, I hope that those who are blind to thanksgiving will open their eyes and those who are crippled [in thanksgiving] will be healed and that everyone will worship My Father God with sincere thanksgiving.

Those of you who have lived being grateful to My Father and Me, the Holy Son, live your lives at an even higher level, do not stop being thankful, and gladly gain [more]. I am the Holy Son who wishes that such joy and hope will fill the life of your body, and your soul and spirit abundantly. Shalom!
