(Someone said that they didn’t hate others, but rather they could see the flaws in others. On hearing that, I thought “Why is what they say different from what is in their heart?” I thought it was pitiful to not know that having such a heart was, in itself, sin, and I started to pray.)
People don’t know themselves. They think highly of themselves but they don’t know. There are countless people who don’t realize the evil and unrighteousness in their heart.
They need to awaken good from their heart. First of all, expose the evil and unrighteousness in your heart. Don’t be afraid to expose it. Only when you take it out of your heart and acknowledge it, can you throw it away. Even though you can’t see the evil and unrighteousness in your heart because it has been with you for so long, use My words to break open and reveal your heart. Truly you must analyze yourself in detail.
Peer into your heart and see whether the words that come out of your mouth are united with what is really in your heart, and whether your heart is united with your deeds.
Even though they speak of virtue and righteousness, many people bear evil and unrighteousness in their heart. If you don’t take it out and throw it into the fire, when the Last days come, everything hidden in your heart will be exposed. Your true colors will be revealed and that [sin] will end up leading you to death. Your whole body, mind, thoughts and spirit need to be clean, without spot or blemish.
It is your own heart that leads you to life or death. When the time comes, the things that fill your heart will lead to actions; thus your body will either sin or act righteously.
The heart itself takes action and thus it manifests itself in the spirit. Accordingly, your spirit can sin or act righteously. Like this, all kinds of sins begin from your heart, so you need to completely clean your heart without leaving the slightest sin or unrighteousness. You need to surely know that sin in your heart is the starting point that enables your physical body and your spirit to sin. If your heart and thoughts are not united with Mine, then evil will spread from your heart until both your body and spirit dwell on the side of evil. Recognize this perfectly and try to repent and clean your heart.
As you can see, some people have unrighteousness in their heart but deny it with their lips and believe themselves to be good. They distrust and hate other people in their heart while comforting them and wearing a smile on the outside. However, they believe that they do good. This is also satan’s history, isn’t it? Their eyes are covered by satan so they don’t accept that they have unrighteousness in the depths of their minds. They just smile, are outwardly hospitable, consider themselves to be righteous and don’t think sin is sin.
That’s why it is called satan’s history. Since they live like that, their faith doesn’t grow any further. They don’t change. Do you think physical change is the essence of change? Only changes in the heart, which is the center of a person, can make fundamental changes happen and make the body and spirit change suddenly and perfectly.
Those who don’t change themselves and thus don’t raise their level even though they want to, those who change but change slowly, and those who seem to change but revert to the original condition: all of you, listen carefully to My words. There is a fundamental problem in your heart, so if you do not cure that problem first, then you cannot truly change yourself even if you listen to My words and take action instantly. First separate what is in your heart and throw away all evil and unrighteousness.
To heal the root of your illness, operate on your heart with a knife of the word. If the mind changes, the deeds change in accordance with the mind. Healing the illness of your heart means changing your perception. It means that you don’t only just consider your own perspective but you put yourself in the other person’s shoes. And it also means that you forsake yourself. This is how you can unite with others and also unite with Me, the Holy Son. The reason that you don’t accept Me and don’t love your brothers is also because you are stuck in your own position.
(Lord, sometimes I can’t accept people when they do things without common sense, even if I try to understand them from their position.)
I have always understood you, covered all of your faults with love, and sacrificed ourselves for you. Therefore, you too, need to treat your brothers as I have treated you, don’t you?
In your heart you have to reach the point that you can understand the shortcomings of others, and to the point that you can embrace all of their faults. Embrace your brothers from your heart. You also had many flaws, and you still do, don’t you? I hope you will treat all of your brothers as I have treated you whom I look at with love. This life is the same as Mine and is a life united with Me.
Living a life of Heaven on earth is understanding and considering others and sacrificing yourself. It also means you need to put others before yourself. Even if others are unqualified or inadequate, ignorant or sinful, you need to love them just as I love you and embrace you. Only when you live like that on earth, can you enter Heaven; only those who lived such a life on earth may enter that spiritual world. Please never forget that your physical life affects your spiritual life. I hope you will make every effort day by day and make your life a perfect life that is worthy of Heaven. I love you.
