(Holy Son, I want to give you perfect praise. The reason I joined the choir was because I wanted to raise the level of praise which is ‘a door to meet the Lord’ and thus go to him with more love and give glory to him. I want to know how to give more perfect praise.)
First, you need to know the Lord’s love deeply. You need to know to realize it. You need to know My heart and his heart through the human language and according to the tone and rhythm. You need to look at church and people with the Lord’s eyes, share joys and sorrows with the same heart as his, be in harmony and pull yourself [up]. You need to express that [heart] as praise. It means that you are to sincerely show that you know Me.
First of all, it is important that your heart is perfect, not that the choir is small or big and music is grand or not. It is important that praise contains My heart perfectly. Do not be conscious of people but only focus on the Holy Trinity and give praise to Them. What is giving praise? It is to know [God], console him and please him. Give living praise. Know that God is living and He is with you.
People think that they are suffering only when they are poor and ill-off. Know that even if they live a joyful life with a smile by piling gold lumps and singing their own songs, that life is dead. Even if your life is hard, first you need to make yourself perfect with the Lord’s Word and love. First make yourself and receive the blessings of material things and life on top of that. Then those will be your joy. Do not center on whether or not you are tired but center on whether or not you are walking the path of life. Even if you are tired, if you walk the path of life, that will be the path of happiness. Even if you feel comfortable, if you forget Me, that will absolutely be the path of death. If that is the case, how painful that path is? People who are living their lives like they are building a house on the sand! The futility of life will approach you just for an instant.
When you are alive and give glory to the living God with praise, it will be true praise [indeed]. As long as you are praising, be [fully] equipped. You can give glory in abundance and with grace as much as you equip yourself. Therefore, practice to give more glorious praise and put in effort to be equipped.
Praising is first to give glory to the Holy Trinity and also to move the listeners and give glory to the Holy Trinity after listening to that praise. People who prepare to give praise need to prepare spiritually and physically enough and so create a spiritual atmosphere. Then, express their spirituality on that preparation. The choir and people who lead praise should do these things: make the souls and spirits of the people who attend services and meetings melt and thus make their hearts discard all the thoughts that are flowing toward the world; make them only focus on the Holy Trinity; give thanksgiving and glory to Them; repent and be equipped to be clean and thus be flawless to receive the Holy Trinity, should they not?
It means that with praising they need to prepare for the Holy Trinity who will appear through the Word and testify for Them. I already told you that praise is ‘prayer with melody’, did I not? Just as you seek Me through prayer anytime you want to, meet Me through praise every day. Make praise your life and daily life and so make it a path through which to meet Me more frequently. If you do that, it will enrich your and My love. Do not listen to nor sing the worldly music that sings of death. The more you sing and listen to the worldly music, the more it will make you fall into emptiness and lead you to death. Make praise dwell in your heart and on your lips during regular times and so connect with Me.
Meet Me and converse with Me through praise in the midst of life. It is prayer with melody, that is, conversation with melody, is it not? Praise is given [to you] as a gift of blessing which I give to you because I love you. I am the Holy Son who is the Lord of love.
