The Lord’s Management Methods

(I observed how the Lord raised people secretly and gradually and how He transformed them in a definite way. It appeared as though the person was doing the work. But the Lord led her from behind, in order to transform her and help her. While observing this, I said to the Lord, ‘Lord, how do you lead a person in such a respectful, wonderful and refined way? You are incredible! I want to learn your way.’ Then the Lord gave this answer.)

Quietly hide their mistakes from people and tell them about their mistakes privately. They know their errors and shortcomings without you pointing them out. They are hurt when you pointedly tell them what they are, because they already know.

When you gently tell them with a smile, then they will smile with embarrassment because they know their flaws. In the meantime, you can teach them through conversation.

If you lead them while complimenting them, they will open up to you frankly about what they are lacking in, without you having to ask for it. For this reason, I always treat people well. When you treat and lead people in a respectful way, no one will respond to you badly.

I treat everyone as though they are a gentle sheep.

(But Lord, there is this really bad person. This person does not know the value of me treating her well and behaves badly towards me, or is not on the same wavelength as me.)

Yes, such people do exist. However, you need to treat them well or else they will treat you even more badly. Also, they will injure you with their strong personality and character. You will get hurt. Even though the ox is stubborn you should caress and pat it. But when the time comes, you should crush their chi all at once. However, if you do not crush their chi all at once, but try to overcome it in a lingering way, you will be defeated by that ox. You must treat them well and crush their chi in one go, when the times comes.

If there are one hundred people, then you need to treat them in one hundred different ways. If a leader leads and treats everyone in one way, then only one person will be satisfied, and the other 99 will be tested and complain that the method does not fit them. The essence is love. However, different people have different characteristics. Therefore, you need to treat each person according to their unique characteristics.

Some people require compliments, some need to be taught the core, some require love and some require fierce management. Treating a person well does not mean that I love that person more than others. Rather, it is more about managing each person according to their individual inclinations. This is the Holy Son’s method of leading people. I lead everyone and adjust my ways to each person, one by one. This is because I know each person the best.

(Lord, especially with depressed people, how do you manage them?)

You need to continuously tell them, ‘you can do it!’ It takes a long time. Depression is like a deep swamp that is hard to get out of. It is especially harder for people to escape depression after they have been depressed for a long time. Therefore, you need to continuously tell them, ‘you can do it’ and give them hope. (Lord, may people promise You, ‘I will change!’ but many fail to change. Don’t You get angry when this happens? I am very curious about that!)

No, that does not make Me angry. Rather, I feel grieved for them and I worry about them. I do not get angry. They want to change but they cannot because of their weak minds. They live being carried away by the body, and sometimes they cannot do it because they give Satan a foothold. I am worried that there is not much time for them. They do not have time to fall down and cry, to wander and meander around Me because they feel sorry. When I see them, they are truly pitiable. Repent quickly and rise up and challenge yourself again. You need to put aside your mistakes and challenge yourself again. This means you must not give up on taking action until you are successful, even though you may bump [into things] and fall along the way. Your salvation depends on it. You can be saved only when you fix your contradictions. So of course, you must struggle to fix yourself, should you not? (Lord! Have you being so big hearted from the very start? Or did you broaden your heart gradually?)

The heart of the Divine Being and the heart of a human being are totally different. The Divine Being perceives from a different level. The Divine Being’s perspective is incomparable in depth, height and breadth. Your understanding is different depending on whether or not you know everything. I can understand things more deeply and broadly because I know and comprehend everything. The purpose is to save everyone and for all of you to love Me. Your heart will not be shaken if you do not lose this purpose.

I held on to you with love. You need to hold a person’s heart with love. Love moves and touches a person’s heart. Therefore, if you manage a person truly, earnestly and with love. Take love as the root and make a person with the truth. A person changes through truth and love.

Each person is different. This is why you need to treat them differently. Build your abilities in managing lives and I hope you will become an expert for lives. I love you. I am the Holy Son of love.
