- Matthew 16:13-20 When Jesus came to the region of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, “Who do people say the Son of Man is?” They replied, “Some say John the Baptist; others say Elijah; and still others, Jeremiah or one of the prophets.” “But what about you?” he asked. “Who do you say I am?” Simon Peter answered, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” Jesus replied, “Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by man, but by my Father in heaven. And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it. I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.” Then he warned his disciples not to tell anyone that he was the Christ.
There is a difference between when people know and when people do not know. There is a difference in both their thoughts and their actions.
God said: “Would they act that way if they had known?” If they had known that they would get hurt and even die along the way – who would have taken action that way? If they had known that an unknown assailant would come into their home and kill them while they were in their home that night – who would have stayed in their homes? Wouldn’t they sleep outside and even sleep in the forest even if it was uncomfortable for them? People take action with joy and delight because they did not know things would turn out that way. If they had known, both their thoughts and action would have been different.”
You have to know and realize just how important and valuable it is ‘for a person to know.’ ‘Someone who really knows’ will take action at that level. ‘Someone who knows only average’ will take action in an average way. ‘Someone who really knows correctly’ is in a different position, has different thoughts, and has different actions. You have to truly know. Then both your ‘thoughts’ and ‘actions’ will change. If you do things according to your thoughts, even if you take action on it, you can’t achieve more than that level. You have to make the Lord your head, make the Lord’s thoughts your head, and you have to take action as the Lord’s body. Then miracles will happen every day. As for people who make the Lord their head in knowledge only, but live according to their own thoughts in reality, they will not raise their levels high even if they work hard, make effort, and struggle with all their might for their entire lifetime. Even though they are taking action by their own thoughts while putting God, the Holy Spirit, and the Lord off to the side, they do it thinking it is the Lord’s thoughts calling, ‘Lord! Lord!’
God said: “Leave them so they will live according to their own levels. Don’t force them to do things against their will. If things don’t work out along the way, let them plop down, lament, and realize. Leave those who are doing rotten things to just rot that way and leave those who are doing things cleanly as they are. I will repay everyone double for what they have done.”
You say that you will take action with the Lord as your head but when actually taking action, you do it while tilted toward your own thoughts! This is the problem. Why do people promise to do things with ‘the Lord as the head and according to the Lord’s thoughts’ but when actually taking action, they do them while tilted toward their own thoughts? They are drawn to taking action that way because for now, they see with their eyes and feel with their bodies. People like that will pertain to ‘the end of the year judgment.’ Unless they repent, ‘the Will’ will surely take a turn. The more your body matures and the more you age, the more you must put ‘the Lord’s thoughts’ in your head and live by them.
What must we do in order to achieve a life of living with the Lord as your head and living by the fiery inspiration of the Holy Spirit? First, it is to empty your head and to empty your heart and thoughts and by doing so, ‘to take action with the Lord as your head.’ Those who don’t take action with the Lord as their head are wild grapevines and thus, they will be cut off. You have to take action with ‘the Lord as your head.’ Then with ‘the 30~40 days left of this year,’ you will completely finish the things you weren’t able to do this year without any regrets and spend this year that way. You are going through such an important time. When you work and run with the Lord as your head, the Holy Spirit will be with you every day and thus, you will burn hot with the fire of the Holy Spirit every day. That is why I am telling you to run with the Lord as your head! Then ‘the fire’ will come, ‘strength’ will come, and ‘power’ will come.
If they had known, the thoughts and actions of individuals, families, nations, and the world would have changed and thus, they would at least not have done what they did. If they had known that the path they were taking was the path to death, would they have travelled that path with so much joy despite of knowing? The lives living in this world…if they knew what would happen in the future of their bodies, they would not live thinking and taking action that way. If they knew that the future of their souls and spirits would involve going through eternal suffering without end, they would not live only for the body as they do now.
People… really live without knowing. When everyone knows correctly, their thoughts will change and their actions will change. When you find out that the ship you are riding in will sink and everyone will die, even while you are on it, your thoughts will change and thus, you will get off and never get back on it. When we deliver the Word of the time period [to people] and let them know, their thoughts will change. Therefore, we must surely deliver it to them. I bless both your bodies and spirits to know correctly and be changed in your thoughts and your actions!
