- Romans 8:18 I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.
Today I will give you two main messages. The first the message is that there is a better will somewhere else. The second message is that when going before God, go with thanksgiving and love. There are things that don’t work out even though you did a good job. [When that happens], it means that you have confirmed that it was something that would not have worked out even if you did it regardless of whether you did a good job or not. When things don’t work out even though you did a good job, you must also consider [the possibility] that the will is somewhere else. There are things that you should do repeatedly. And there are also times when things don’t work out because the will is somewhere else and not with what you were doing. God’s Will is so numerous that you will find and gain them only if you wait while seeking and taking action to the end. Evangelism too – there are times when it doesn’t go well and crumble even though you did it thinking you did a good job. And sometimes, as you are discouraged, drained, and praying, you connect with someone else and evangelize. [In that case], the Will flows for the better in that direction.
God always gives us ‘better things.’ Since the things that belong to those who take action following God’s Will are ultimately God’s own things, God does better things [for them] in ways that are different from people’s thoughts. People are not ‘gods.’ Therefore, they not only don’t know, but come up against the wall of not knowing. That is why you must believe in God and the Lord deeply, entrust things to God and the Lord, and do them together with Them! God takes action in ways that are better and higher than man’s thoughts. Therefore, I hope that you will have 100% faith in God and invest ‘prayer’ and invest ‘actions!’ There is ‘a time’ for everything. Only ‘God’s time’ is absolute. However, since you don’t know that time, you must have 100% faith in God and wait while investing ‘prayer and actions!’
Even if it is something painful, you will keep doing it if it is fun and you like it. Even fasting – you will do it even if it is painful if you like it and you gain realizations from it. People even fast for multiple reasons because they can pray deeply at that time and a set duration of fasting will reduce their weight and improve their health. In this way, if there is something they gain even if it is painful, people will like it and do it. On the other hand, even if it is ‘something good,’ people will not do it if it is not fun and they don’t want to do it. You will do something abundantly only if it is fun and you like it. Therefore, you must find something good, think about it, and take action. With evangelism, management, lecturing, and all the work you do in the Lord – you must think that you gain ‘precious things’ by taking action on them even if it means suffering and rejoice, like them, and do them joyfully. If you do, even if you experience hardships and difficulties while doing that work, you will like it and keep doing it.
I hope that you will not just think about the suffering you go through in times of tribulations and persecutions but think about ‘the things that you will gain in the future’ as a result of those things. If you do, you will break through the tribulations and persecutions and go on with greater delight. The suffering of the present cannot compare with what you will gain in the future. If you learn how to surf the waves and ride the waves, it is far easier to have waves than to not have waves. The waves will be the power that pushes you forward and thus, you will travel easier and faster. In this way, from time to time, there are times when tribulations and persecutions will play a major role in pushing you so you can travel Heaven’s path. Since you believe in the Almighty, your heart has to be bigger than other people’s. Since the believers of God and the Lord always label the trials and difficulties that come their way as ‘trials, persecutions, and tribulations’ and have a hard time with them, Satan is even happier and causes them to get disheartened by striking them harder in their hearts.
Climbing the Himalayas, the Alps, and other treacherous mountains is difficult for everyone regardless of whether they are believers or non-believers. Non-believers think that treacherous courses of life are ‘training for them.’ However, believers label that course as ‘tribulation and persecution’ and treat them that way. Therefore, they are being even more crybabies saying that such things are happening because they are traveling the path of faith in God. In the course of going toward your goals, there are trials and difficulties that you naturally experience in that environment and circumstance. Yet, people scream like a crazy person saying that no one is helping them with those difficulties and feel unloved. Do you scream about no one helping you and feel unloved because you are sweating due to the steps being high, numerous, and treacherous when you are on the path of receiving blessings and succeeding? In this way, there are difficulties on the path you are traveling. If, at that moment, you realize and overcome, ‘blessings’ will surely come to you. Additionally, you have to solve your problems while also telling God or other people.
Even if you do God’s work, it will hurt if you push yourself too far. Yet, people secretly resent God saying, “I am doing God’s work. So, can’t He help me so it doesn’t hurt?”If [God] helps you to not be in pain when you are pushing yourself too far, it will completely ruin your body instead. Your body has to hurt when you’ve pushed yourself too far. Then you will stop and rest. If you are resting because of pain, will God say, “Why are you resting and not working?” Instead, He will say, “I was also working a lot like you. So, I came to rest,” and will rest with you, talk with you, and then leave. When you look around after God has left, you will notice that He has left ‘a key to a blessing’ because you’ve worked hard until then. When you use that key to open, ‘a blessing’ will come forth. No matter how long the night is, it ultimately ends, right? In the same way, hardships, difficulties, and trials do not come endlessly. If you just scream and feel frustrated because it is difficult, it will only lead to greater anxiety. You have to block your mouth and go on while doing the work you should do with hope! That duration of time is ‘the duration of time to gain good things’ in its own way. When going before God, you must always go with ‘a bundle of a heart of love’ and thanksgiving. You must enter God’s palace with ‘thanksgiving’ and you must enter God’s palace with ‘praise, glory, and love.’
