You live your lives as your minds act and work focused on the physical world. You don’t know how much ‘your minds and thoughts’ influence your spirits and how your mind determines the destiny of your spirit because you don’t see that reality. From the body’s standpoint, ‘the heart’ of a human being is like the inner self and the spirit. The body is a kind of equipped machine and a tool. The heart is like electricity. Just as a machine starts running when it’s plugged into electricity, the body is run by the heart, that is, the mind.
Therefore, a person with a weak mentality cannot do great things. A human being’s heart moves and operates their body this way or that way, as the heart wants, as the heart pleases. Things are done as the heart desires. God, the Creator, made human beings to be run by ‘the brain,’ which controls the mind. Since the body works according to ‘the mind’ and its knowledge, you must learn a lot. You must learn and know good and evil. As [people] in the world obtain knowledge and live their lives, moving their bodies as they have learned, [you] need to learn about the spiritual world—the heavens—and the fundamentals of the heart through the life of faith, and live your lives, using your bodies according to that will [of Heaven].
If physically viewed, ‘the purpose of the creation of humankind’ is for them to be fruitful, to multiply and to rule over creation. But if seen from the fundamental spiritual perspective, it is to raise ‘the spirit’ which is the original self of the body, to save them and have them go to the kingdom of heaven, where they will love and serve the Maker, living ideal lives. Just as the body grows within its mother’s womb, the spirit also grows enveloped by the womb of the body. It is like a crop forming heads and then having the grains grow in them. If the crop gets sick, the grains also get sick and become empty shells. Or the heads may be full, but only with rotten grains.
If the mind and action of the body are sickly in spiritual terms, the spirit also gets infested and becomes like the rotten grains of a crop. Your spirit can go to the heaven of heaven only if you turn into a perfect heavenly figure. In order to reach that state, your spirit has to go through [multiple] stages to become completely purified.
[You] can soar to the heaven of heaven only if you make your spirit and soul like pure gold. ‘The heart’ determines whether the spirit and soul will shine like pure gold. You have to have a kind heart, a righteous heart, a heart that absolutely loves Me, a heart of definite faith, and a heart grafted to Me. Also, just as a couple or lovers are united [with each other] in love without being distracted by anything at all, your heart must not be distracted by anything even a tiny bit and remain united only with Me. Then you can grow into a spirit that is like pure gold.
Even if a physical person boasts, human life spans [only] a hundred years in this world. It is a hundred years of life, but if you take out childhood and old age, how many years do you get? Even if one enjoys wealth and honor, fame and glory, if they don’t have Me in their hearts, their hearts are [only] hell. And when their lives end, don’t they go to hell where they are tormented in hundreds of horrific ways?
The heart and mind as well as the actions that the body takes according to the heart’s prompting are transferred [as is] into the soul and then into the spirit.
Therefore, the problem lies in ‘the heart and mind.’ In the event the heart hasn’t been perfected yet but the body has [already] died, the soul absorbs, exactly as is, the heart and unites with the spirit. This process is like a faulty engine being assembled into a machine; so the whole piece has problems. It has to be done in the way that the construction of a house begins after all the lumber is planed and shaped [in advance]. You need to trim up the timber before starting to build a house; it is difficult to spruce it up after the house is completed.
You must make your heart perfect while you are in the flesh, before your soul unites with your spirit. Using the axe of the Word, the saw and the plane of the Word, shape your heart into My heart, the heart of the Holy Son. You need to take action while fixing [your] bad characteristics and physical nature on earth in order for your spirit as well as your soul to become more wholesome. Cast away [your] physical dispositions, hot temper, weak mind, hating heart, and arrogant thoughts; fix yourself. As [I] have taught you, Cain’s mind is Satan’s mind. Therefore, if you don’t discard it and fix yourself, because of that mind, you will end up unable to go to heaven.
How can you enter heaven with a heart of Satan? The more you are exposed to the world, the more physical your heart becomes; the more worldly a person you become. So I told you to keep distant from the world. If you keep close to the world, as your eyes see and [your ears] hear, your mind is affected by it, and in turn, your body acts it out. Therefore, unless you have completely corrected your bad heart, you can never enter My kingdom.
Why can’t you fix it when you can do to your heart as you want? You are unable to fix it because you don’t know how absolutely necessary fixing it is. Are you living following your habits because it is comfortable to live as you like? If you live as you like, your heart and spirit will be hurt forever and suffer from a result of that. Know this and fix it all.
You need to cleanse your heart everyday. When you detect a malicious thought, a thought of hatred, laziness, conspiracy, slander, or badmouthing, and all other wrong ideas forming in your heart, know that Satan has entered you and quickly throw away such thoughts. If you cast it away immediately, it’s like you finding a snake slithering on your bedroom floor before you go to bed and killing it right on the spot. If you don’t cast it away but put it to action, it is like you having a snake live with you in your bedroom, under your blanket, and then eventually, letting it coil around you, bite and kill you.
Receive My heart and rule with it; receive the Holy Spirit and grace and control your heart. Quickly make your heart clean. Work on it everyday. Throughout your daily lives, fill your heart only with the nine fruits of the Holy Spirit (love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control). Always call on Me and seek Me. If a bad thought momentarily occupies your heart, immediately get rid of it.
The heart is essential. All forms of evil are collected in the heart. Therefore, control it securely and keep it clean. Those with clean hearts see Me and meet with Me; My Father comes and works upon those with clean hearts. Fully control your heart and mind with diligence, build righteousness, and provide your spirit with the clean actions of your body through your soul each day. Never ever open the door of your heart to evil.
Know how valuable your heart is and don’t let it be contaminated. If the heart is polluted, the soul is also polluted, and eventually the spirit is polluted as well. I bid you My peace.
